Silenced at a Verbal Hearing - No Justice

So a friend of mine said to me that he thinks that there was some corruption in the Civil Court process for "precarious eviction". I attended the Verbal Hearing on June 10th 2022.
The hearing lasted all of 5 minutes.

🚩 No questions asked
🚩 No Interrogation of the Plaintiff - (the former partner)
🚩 No opportunity for me to speak - I was silenced

I was told by my Solicitor the Judge WILL order your eviction.

Now I have heard that there can be corruption in legal cases.
The Solicitors come to some sort of deal (exchange of cash) behind closed doors.
I have no way of knowing.

But what I do know is that what happened in that court on June 10th 2022 was not right by any means.

🚩 I was not properly represented
🚩 There was no evidence presented
🚩 I did not get a fair trial
🚩 Not understanding or speaking Spanish is not a good enough reason to deny my opportunity to speak or question the plaintiff.
🚩 There are two Grounds for DISCRIMINATION under Spanish Law

1. Language - neither party speaks or understands Spanish
2. Socio-Economic Status - the defendant (me) recognised free justice, (lacking any type of income) so the court would have to appoint the interpreter.

Article 2. Subjective scope of application.
1. The right of every person to equal treatment and non-discrimination is recognized regardless of their nationality, whether they are minors or adults or whether or not they enjoy legal residence. No one may be discriminated against due to birth, racial or ethnic origin, sex, religion, conviction or opinion, age, disability, sexual orientation or identity, gender expression, disease or health condition, serological status and/or genetic predisposition to suffer. pathologies and disorders, language, socioeconomic situation, or any other personal or social condition or circumstance.

Evidence was sent to me in 2023 after I requested a change of Solicitor.
